Shipping & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied and happy with all NATURAL Brand Products and we do our best at producing the highest quality products to meet your wellness needs. However, all first time orders on any of our products are final sales and no Refunds or Exchanges will be authorized. On all other orders, refunds and exchanges may be authorized if the request for the refund or exchange adheres to the following policies:
A request for a refund or exchange must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All items must be received within 10 days from your submitted refund or exchange request for the item to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Because we offer consumable products, to be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item (s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
